What to do if I receive a password recovery email I did not request

If you received a password recovery email that you did not request there are three options we recommend you consider taking to ensure your account is safe. Please contact us.

Send a Secure Email

You may also send a Secure Email to our support team to determine if your account has been compromised.

Please note that logging into your account will require the knowledge of your username and password.

If you are logging in from an unknown IP address a 2-step Authentication or Personal Security Key prompts completion will be required before being able to access your account. This includes validating either your phone number or email with a code sent.

Essentially, unless an individual has access to your username, password, and email/phone, access into your account is not likely to occur.

Request Account is Locked

If you would like, you can request to have your account locked, preventing anyone (including you) from logging in, by sending a Secure Email with the subject: LOCK ACCOUNT.

If you choose to lock your account and wish to access it in the future, you will have to call our Support team to request it be unlocked.
