Enter the return, search Form 1099-NEC
Select +Add New to add a 1099-NEC to your return
Please Note: The IRS requires that 1099-NEC income be indicated on the appropriate schedule associated with the work provided. This will generally be within a Schedule C or Schedule F. If a Schedule C or F is not added to the return after reporting Form 1099-NEC income, your return will receive an error until the appropriate Schedule is added or the 1099-NEC income is removed.
