If you terminate or close your account, this Privacy Policy still applies. Tax return data may be retained as required by applicable law and regulation.


How Do You Update or Delete Your Information?

Account holders may access and modify their personal information at any time by logging into their account. Changes are subject to federal and state laws regarding taxpayer data retention requirements.
